- Booking Confirmation: Once an on-site inspection or quote is requested via our portal or phone, our operations desk contacts you within 24 hours to confirm scheduled technician arrival time.
- Service Coverage: Brisbane Metro, Moreton Bay, Logan, Redlands, Ipswich, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast.
- Emergency Response: 24/7 priority emergency make-safe response is available across Greater Brisbane for acute structural or hazardous material emergencies.
3. Laboratory Testing & Certificate Turnaround
- Standard Testing: Once physical samples are collected by our licensed technician and submitted to our partner NATA-accredited laboratory, formal PDF Certificates of Analysis are dispatched via email within 24 to 48 hours.
- Priority / Same-Day Turnaround: Same-day laboratory turnaround is available for urgent commercial property transactions or emergency clearance inspections.
